Options for Community Living Inc is a non-profit organization that works with low-income adults and children on Long Island who are diagnosed with various chronic medical, mental health, and substance use conditions.  Come to the library to learn about services such as medical coordination, housing assistance, with benefits/entitlements, linkage to mental health/substance abuse treatment and more.  No registration required.  For additional information, please call the library or visit our website.
