Join us as we embrace the energy of the first full moon of the summer – the Strawberry Moon.
According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, many Native American tribes used this name to mark the ripening of "June-bearing" strawberries that are ready to be gathered. As flowers bloom and early fruit ripens, June can be seen as a time of abundance.
Join us this month on the beach as we focus our 90-minute yoga practice and meditation on creating abundance in our lives during this full moon season.
Please bring a sweatshirt or extra blanket and props you may like to use during your yoga practice.
