Join the Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Community Library and our Tai Chi for Health Institute board-certified instructor, Michele, and learn how Tai Chi can help you improve your balance, increase mobility, reduce stress, tone and strengthen muscles, and increase your energy level. This low-impact physical activity includes gentle movements suitable for people of all ages, mobility, ability, and fitness levels. Classes do not require deep bending or squatting, and may be done seated or standing.
