Conducted by USCG Aux Flotilla 1-1, this course stresses equipment, rules and regulations, boat handling and more! New York State Safe Boating Classes are now mandatory for anyone operating a boat, watercraft, or jet ski in NY State. $40 non-refundable fee at in-person registration includes materials and certificate.
